The Mark II is perfect for a studio or plein air artist working in oils, acrylics, watercolor or pastels. When you attach the easel to a tripod, you can mount the mast at the bottom for smaller works or at the center for maximum stability when creating larger works. The Mark II lets you have the canvas, watercolor, or drawing paper at eye level and at any angle.

The Strada Mark II Easel Set comes in two parts: The Mark II Palette and the Mark II Mast with Adjustable sliders.
The Strada Mark II Palette measures 9.8″x 14.2″x 1″, 25 cm x 36 cm x 2.5 cm, weighs 2 lbs 12 oz, 1.24kg , and is easy to fold up and store in a backpack. It has two adjustable arms that attach to any tripod legs (up to 11.25″, 28.5cm) and generous side panels that double as brush holders and palette covers.
You can use the floor of the Mark II Palette as your painting palette. If you prefer a bamboo or plexiglass insert instead, you can purchase a separate palette.
The Mark II Mast can hold support panels and canvases up to 2″, 5cm deep, any size up to a 30″, 76cm high, and any width. It can be disassembled into two 17″, 43cm parts for compact, easy storage. Half of the mast can also be used to paint works up to 13″, 33cm tall.
