If you are an existing member and need help with a problem, please upload a screenshot of the screen you are clicking on, and a second screenshot of the screen you are taken to. That way we can help you better.
Please note that you will always get an immediate automated message to say I received your message and it has been logged it in my help system. If you do not receive this automated email within a few minutes, it means that the email has been redirected your Spam or Promotions area, or you typed the wrong email address.
It might take me a few days to reply, particularly if I’m on a painting trip, but as long as you got the confirmation email, your question is logged on my system, and I will answer you when I get back to civilization! Thank you for your patience.
