Good experience getting my Daytripper Easel

I found myself in an unusual situation in April 2024 where I had to relocate for an unknown length of time at the beginning of a painting class—so I was looking for a portable painting setup fast and reached out to the Prolific Painter. Nick responded immediately to my query about shipping time. It took about two weeks to build everything in my order, which is totally reasonable. Shipping did take longer than expected, but that’s because I had another unexpected move and had to change the address. I am happy to report I did get my order, all complete, and so well packed there was no chance of damage. I also appreciated that Nick followed up with me several times, including sending me a photo of my near completed order while waiting on a final part. He also accommodated a change to my order and followed up on my unusual shipping situation, which I really appreciated. He clearly wants to make sure customers are happy with their orders!
